Football is Back, so is our Fantasy!!!

As we gear up for the English Premier League's return (Project Restart) from the enforced break by the Covid-19 pandemic so also we welcome back the Fantasy Premier League and all the teeth gritting moments that comes along with it.

The return of the FPL for Gameweek 30+ features a double gameweek in which managers can now make unlimited transfers to their 15-man squads ahead of the first deadline. They must do so before the Gameweek 30+ deadline of 17:00 BST on Wednesday 17 June.
Manchester city’s players are a must have because they play against Arsenal and Burnley in a double gameweek header. An array of City stars are available for selection but let’s shed the spotlight on the ones you definitely need to transfer in for this double gameweek.

  • Kevin De Bruyne (£10.6)

De Bruyne Sits in 46.4 per cent of squads making him the most popular player in FPL. His attacking threat is clear with De Bruyne having 16 assists and eight goals this season, he has also created 96 chances, more than any other player this season and has played more minutes than any other outfield player for Guardiola’s side this season which means he is more likely to feature heavily during the double gameweek than his other teammates. De Bruyne is also a favorite to be captained this gameweek due to his fantastic return for managers over the course of the season.

  •     Aguero (£11.8)

Aguero has been one of the leading marksmen in the league this term once again, next up he faces two of his favorite opponents in the double gameweek fixture. He would be rejoicing at the prospect of adding to his tally of 5 goals scored in his last three Premier League home outings against  Arsenal and he has scored in every home appearance versus Burnley across all competitions. He would also be an excellent choice to captain or even triple captain if that chip is still available for selection in your fantasy team.

  • Laporte (£6.3)

Manchester City's main man at the back  is once again fully fit and ready for selection for managers on FPL. He has been sorely missed this term and has not been a regular fixture due to a damaging ACL injury coupled with a few knocks in between games after his initial return. Laporte offers real value for managers this double gameweeks as he looks to get a couple of clean sheets and chip in a few goals from set-piece situations under his belt.

    Honourable Mentions
  • Leroy Sane (£9.3)
  • Raheem Sterling (£11.7)
  • Kyle Walker (£5.6)

The biggest Fantasy league in the world is back!!!
